![]() The mission of the Prayer Shawl Ministry is to create shawls for people who would like some extra comfort and prayer. Each shawl is knitted or crocheted by hand. The person who is creating the shawl says prayers for the person who will receive it. The shawls are a visible sign of the care and prayers from our parish community to people in need. They also provide comfort and warmth for the body, mind and spirit.
A Pastoral Care minister or volunteer can deliver the handmade shawls to people at their home. You can also pick one up in the back of church. If you are interested in volunteering as a part of the Prayer Shawl Ministry, please visit our Pastoral Ministries page. |

Those who have received these shawls have been uplifted and affirmed, as if given wings to fly above their troubles..." |
