Join the Parish

All of us are on a spiritual journey and what matters most is not where a person is on that journey, but actually being on the journey itself. We seek to welcome all people regardless of the stage of their spiritual life, with all their hopes and struggles, as we all journey together.

So where do you start? Join us for Mass on Sunday!

That’s the place to experience the parish community and to pray with others who have set down roots here. If it’s your first time coming to Mass, we encourage you  to introduce yourself so that we can meet you.

You can also check us out on Facebook to get a sense of who we are.

Whether you’re new here, or have been attending for years, if you decide you would like to register as a member of our parish, below is how you can join.

Do you have questions or concerns before joining? Feel free to Contact Us.

St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Membership

To join the parish, all you need to do is complete a registration form and turn it into the parish.  Forms are available from the Parish Office, Tuesday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.  Forms are also available for download here. You can bring your completed form to the Parish Office, mail it to the parish, or put it into the offering basket on the weekend.

The first full weekend of every month is New Member Weekend.  There will be a parish representation available after each Mass to welcome potential new members to complete a New Member Welcome Card.

Please download the Portage Registration Form.

If you have questions about becoming a member, please contact the Director of Parish Administrations Lisa Clemmons at 608-742-6998 ext. 223 or email lclemmons@stmaryotic.org.
